My Story
I was educated at the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, where I completed the Culinary Program, as well as the optional Baking and Pastry Program. Before that, I took the Culinary Arts and Food Management class for two years at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center. This amounts to over four years of total schooling, as well as a nine month externship at The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. I am currently employed at the Lakeview Lodge in Dubois, Pennsylvania and am hoping to start my own business in the form of this bakery.
